What can you expect prior to your appointment:
Please book online through my website, or contact me email. , through my Instagram page @ravan_beauty or on Facebook.
You will receive a booking confirmation email
Two days prior to your treatment you will receive an SMS text confirmation. Please reply to this so I know whether you will be attending your appointment or not
All forms will be send by email.
Please do not come if you have any covid-19 symptoms
Please come alone and do not bring friends or family along to your appointment. Limiting the number of people inside the clinic keeps us all safe;
Please arrive with a face mask on if you can. If you don’t have one I can provide one at no charge but I would kindly ask that you take it home with you for safe disposal
I will ask you some questions from a COVID-19 symptom checker consultation form
As a further precaution, I will take your temperature using a contactless infrared thermometer
Assuming you are not displaying any symptoms and have not experienced any symptoms in the last 7 days we will continue through to the treatment room
Your treatment will then take place as normal but we will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to the treatment
At various points around the clinic there is hand sanitising gel available, please use this as often as you wish
